This luxury villa is located on high ground east of Spain and has extensive open views to the ocean and countryside. Highly polished light marble floors flow through the property which is set on three levels. The upper level consists of three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and the third having an adjoining bathroom. Each bedroom of this holiday rental in Spain is equipped with its own T.V. with Sky programming. These bedrooms have access to a large south facing veranda where you can sit in the morning and enjoy the sun rise. Entry is gained to the property via the middle floor, where the large entrance hall gives access to a further twin bedroom, equipped with a T.V. and Play Station and en-suite bathroom.
Also on this floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with granite work tops, a five burner gas hob, twin ovens, microwave/grill, large fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is situated beside the formal dining room, with a rectangular table seating upto 13. The Dining Room is linked to a "Bose" sound system that also operates in the lounge, on the verandas and in the garden, beside the pool. From the Dining Room there is access to a large veranda with table and chairs ideal for "al fresco" dining. There is also gated access to the swimming pool from this veranda.
The spacious lounge has different seating areas, a 40" plasma T.V., Sky, DVD and "Bose" sound system. Adjoining the lounge is the fully functional office with a computer running Windows XP on an ADSL internet connection and WI-FI setup, if you wish to bring your own computer.
