In our descriptions we try to give an objective view of our accommodations, the distances and the surroundings. Mentioned distances are real distances by foot or car.
Furnishing/inventory.
Keep in mind that the accommodation is mostly furnished by the owner of the property according to his personal taste.
In most cases Saturday is the arrival/departure day. In special cases other days are possible on request.
On the voucher and your travel information/ route description is mentioned where you will receive
the keys to your villa and at what time you are expected. The general rule is that you can check-in
to your villa on the day of arrival at 16:00 and on the day of departure you have to leave before 10:00 (sometimes on request other times can be discussed).
Maximum number of tenants.
The tenant is the person mentioned in the rental contract.
The tenant who books a villa for himself or (as well) for other occupants, is personally responsible for all others
he announces. A booking is valid for the amount of people mentioned on your reservation form.
For that reason it is not allowed to occupy the villa with more people than announced and should
this happen this can lead to nullification of the rental contract, which excludes the right of compensation.
The tenant compromises himself to habitat the villa to general prevailing standards and to leave it in a proper state after usage.
The lesser will be in no way responsible for any loss of values or damages to belongings of the tenant
or joint-occupants, which have been caused by failures of the rented or by unjust usage of the rented.
Use of the facilities.
In some cases (in the low season) it can happen that the pool is not yet filled. We will give you this
information (as we know it) upon booking. As a rule pools are usable from the beginning of May until half of October.
Some pools can be heated and can be used all year; the costs of pool heating can
be paid on arrival. Sometimes it can happen that in or around the accommodation there have to be maintenance/ building activities.
We will bring you up to date if this may happen but we will not take responsibility if this leads to discomfort in your eyes.
Prices.
The rental prices are mentioned in the description of the accommodations.
We reserve the right to change the rental sum if changes in impositions and applicable exchange r
ates lead to such a decision.
Underneath the description of our accommodations you will find if apply able the cost for additional
services like deposit, extra cleaning costs, pool heating costs and other services.You can pay these
extras direct to our local agent or pay by booking.We can not be accountable for price changes that
occur between booking seasons.
Please make sure you have a personal insurance for possible (severe) damage to the accommodation.
In case of some very luxurious/exclusive accommodations we can ask you show us a proof of your insurance.
We also advise you to take a travel- and/or cancellation insurance.
The accommodation will be clean on arrival and will be cleaned after you departure,
the costs of this end cleaning is included in the rental price. (In some cases the accommodation
will be cleaned more than once a week) If you want extra cleaning you can always ask our local agent
about the terms and conditions. On departure make sure the accommodation is well looked after and
no food rests or other garbage lie around.
Unless notified at the time of booking, you can order an extra bed, child-cot, high-chair,
play-pen and the like. The supplementary costs we will send you a invoice or are to be paid on the spot.
We will not charge you costs for reservation.
If after receiving our booking confirmation you have to cancel your booking we will have to charge you cancellation costs, conform our general conditions.
We advise you to take annulment insurance.
