The villa has recently been completely renovated including all new furniture, beds, bathrooms/En suites, floor and wall tiles and a state of the art Kitchen with Fridge freezer, built in microwave, oven, extractor and dishwasher. The Living Area is very spacious and has the benefit of a 52' Plasma Flat screen TV which receives English Channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4 & Channel 5. The Living room has a Bose sound system fitted with ipod docking station allowing guests to bring along their Ipod and play music of their choice.

Los Gigantes village and its sea cliff's are popular with tourists who come to view the beautiful village and awe inspiring cliffs. Los Gigantes has its own marina with restaurants and gift shops, the village it's self has a small square with a beautiful little church at its centre. The village centre has many great pubs restaurants including 'Rincon de Juan Carlos' renowned to be the best gourmet experience in Tenerife. Los Gigantes is more suited to family's and couples looking for peace and quiet although with a 30 minute drive you can soon get to the busy resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos with Theme parks and all night bars and discos.

All bedrooms have been redesigned to the highest standard and all benefit from having new beds and bedding. This holiday villa in Tenerife  has 3 bathrooms (1 main bathroom and 2 en suite) that are all individually designed and fitted to the highest standards. A Utility room has a new washer, iron & ironing board along with a second fridge for cold water storage. Outside for your comfort their are 8 brand new sunbeds and a beautiful 8 seat dining table.

The villa has 3 steps leading into the garden from the entry gate. The villa is then on two level's separated by 4 steps. On the 1st level access is flat to the 4th bedroom (2 single beds) kitchen, dining and lounge area's. On the same level outside you can access the pool and garden, outside dining area and the 1st terrace. On the lower level are 3 further bedrooms with access to 1 master bathroom and 2 en-suite bathrooms, you can also access the 2nd terrace from this level.

Interior
The spacious brand new kitchen is complete with granite work surfaces, oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils.

Two terraces and one garden. The garden has a beautiful private swimming pool and a lovely lawned area with beautiful plants and shaded sitting area. The garden also has a BBQ and shower area. The first terrace has amazing views of La Gomera, La Palma the marina and the sea cliff face. the terrace has 4 brand new sun loungers with side table and a shaded 8 seat dining table for a lazy lunch or an evening meal whilst watching the sun set over the ocean. the lower terrace again has amazing views of la gomera, la palma the marina and the sea cliff face. The lower terrace is complete with a further 4 brand new sun loungers and another dining table with 4 seats. All the terraces are surrounded by beautiful cactus and amazing tropical plants.

Surroundings
There are several beaches in the area with the closest being only 350m away. At the side of the beach is a small marina with some fantastic shops and restaurants on the key side.

Los Gigantes is a resort town in the Santiago del Teide municipality on the west coast of the Canary Island Tenerife. Its main feature are the giant rock formations that rise from the sea to a height of 500-800 metres (1,640–2,625 ft) after which the town has been named. Los Gigantes means "The Giants". The town has a marina which is completely surrounded by concrete walls to dampen the effect of the rough seas around the area. A small black sand beach lies between the rocks and the marina. The marina has a boulevard with many restaurants. Close to the harbour is a public swimming pool.
Los Gigantes is one of the island's major tourist attractions, and it has many small shops servicing the tourists that visit the area, especially near the marina. As can be expected of a town resort, Los Gigantes has a high ratio of hotels and apartments compared to regular residences. Other resorts nearby include Puerto Santiago and Playa De La Arena.

Golf
Tenerife is golf mad and the villa is perfectly located to access all the best courses. Abama (A unique game of golf awaits you at this exceptional 18-hole course, a genuine work of art created by Dave Thomas. Fabulous views of the sea and the island of La Gomera await you at all of the holes and you can improve your swing on the practice green (3 holes) or just sit and relax at the club house). Amarilla Golf (Right next to the ocean, the landscape designer Donald Steel created an 18-hole golf course overlooking the sea where you are sometimes obliged to drive the ball over the waves onto the next green. This is the case with the 5th hole, certainly one of the most spectacular on the course. Palm trees, cannas indicas, Canary pine trees and obstacles liven up your round of golf at this course, which also boasts fantastic views of Teide. The club has a pitch and putt course, a swimming pool and a horse riding club).
