Interior
On the ground floor you will find the amazing large living room. In this living room you will have a beamer at your disposal for a stunning TV experience. There is also a DVD player, stereo and CD player. The living room is furnished with Brazilian design furniture and there is a dining table for 10 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and water cooler. The fridge is filled when you arrive with al the basic necessities and will be refilled weekly. The bar is also filled with some alcoholic drinks so that you can mix yourself the finest cocktails. Also on the ground floor are 2 suites. One with a king-size bed and the other one with a queensize bed. They bought have a en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 sinks. Bedroom one has a whirlpool in the en-suite bathroom. Bought rooms have air conditioning, a walking closet and direct access to the garden. On the first floor a 3 bedrooms. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The other bedrooms has 2 separated beds which has a slide out extra bed. A perfect room for the kids with air conditioning. On the first floor is one large bathroom with a huge shower , a toilet and two sinks. Also on the first floor is a chill-out area with a comfy couch, two chairs, DVD player and TV. The first floor also has a huge balcony with amazing views over the ocean.

Exterior
The villa has a large bean-shaped swimming pool with a whirlpool for more than 10 people, overflowing into the pool. There is a large shower and toilet available near the pool. Of course there is a built-in barbeque. All the outdoor furniture is Italian design and very comfortable. There are three outdoor speakers which a perfect for swimming pool parties. The villa has a very nice mature garden. There is space to park 5 cars of road.

Service
There is maid service available which cleans the house every day and makes you a lovely breakfast every morning. She can also take care of your laundry. There is also a gardener/concierge who takes care of the garden, the swimming pool and all other technical equipment. The villa has 24/7 security by a specialized security company.
